1. Definitions

This agreement takes effect at the earliest of: (a) the moment you create a bajie88 Account; (b) the moment you make a deposit or place a wager on the Platform; or (c) the moment you access any restricted section of the Platform that requires a logged-in Account.

If you are accessing bajie88 on behalf of another individual or any legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. bajie88 will treat your access as conclusive evidence of that authority.

2.1 Eligibility to Accept

You are only eligible to enter into this agreement with bajie88 if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age;

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Where bajie88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any related financial crime, bajie88 will suspend the Account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.

Players must not use bajie88 as a mechanism for currency exchange or as a financial services facility. The Platform is provided exclusively for the purpose of entertainment gaming and sports betting. 6.2 Responsible Disclosure

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bajie88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bajie88 has reasonable grounds to do so. The following are circumstances under which Account action may be taken.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by bajie88

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6;
• Breach of the one-account-per-player rule;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims initiated against bajie88;
• Inactivity — an Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bajie88 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month, which will be deducted from any remaining balance until either the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero;
• Legal obligation — where bajie88 is required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction to close or freeze an Account.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

You have the right to close your bajie88 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deducting any Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

• Any losses suffered as a result of a Player sharing their Account credentials with a third party;
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on game statistics, betting tips, or any other information published on the Platform for informational purposes only.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bajie88 regarding a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus calculation, or any other Platform matter, the following process applies: (1) The Player must first contact bajie88 support via live chat or at support@bajie88, providing full details of the dispute including Account username, date and time of the relevant event, and the nature of the complaint.
